This Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you and IgniteBridge.
These Terms and conditions (the “Terms,” “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) contain that govern your access to and use of the Ignite Bridge (as defined below) provided by us and are an agreement between us and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site or Services.
1.User Representations & Warranties:
By using this platform, you represent and warrant to the company that you meet all eligibility requirements that we outline in these Terms.
We may still refuse to use this platform, and we reserve the right to change our eligibility criteria at any time without giving any notice
You should ensure you have fully understood such risks associated with digital assets and wrapping/unwrapping technologies including but not limited to the possibility of losing all the digital assets you have.
Use of this platform does not violate any laws or rules applicable in your country of residence.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Ignite Bridge if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2 The Wrapping/Unwrapping Process:
2.1 Between original digital assets from other chains and BEP20 wrapped tokens on IgniteChain.
2.1.1 Change of swapping between the original digital assets from other chains and IGT20 wrapped tokens on IgniteChain.
IgniteChain will lock the original digital assets on the original blockchains and create a corresponding amount of IGT20 wrapped tokens on IgntieChain if, if and only if, there is a successful process of swapping from the original digital asset and this process must be validated by a set of validators.
IgniteChain will Unlock the original digital assets on the original Blockchains and burn a corresponding amount of BEP20 wrapped tokens on IgniteChain if, and if there is successful completion of swapping back from the IGT20 wrapped tokens on IgniteChain and this process must be validated by validators.
2.1.2 Wrapping original digital assets from other chains to IGT20 wrapped tokens.
2.1.2.1 User will swap an amount of an original asset for the corresponding BEP20 wrapped token on IgniteChain need to interact with Platform.
2.1.2.2 User must log in to the Platform by connecting the user's IgniteChai wallet using following the options.
2.1.2.3 The User must transfer the original asset to a specific wallet address provided by the platform which keeps assets locked and only unlocks them if a successful process swapping from the original assets to BEP20 wrapped tokens.
The User assumes any losses incurred as a result of the transfer to an incorrect address The company is not responsible for any losses or recover such assets. if the funds are recoverable, we must try our best to recover funds, but it's no way guaranteed.
2.1.2.4 The user who wants to swap an amount of BEP20 wrapped tokens for the original digital assets needs to interact with the IgniteChain.
2.1.2.5 The user must log in to the platform by connecting to the IgniteChain wallet.
3 Fees on the Platform:
In the wrapping/unwrapping process, you agree to pay transaction fees By using this Service you acknowledge your acceptance of those fees.
4 Compliance with Tax Obligations:
The Users hereby agree that if any taxes apply to their transactions The company is not responsible for the taxes that apply to your transactions. it's your responsibility to ensure that any tax which you incur is paid to the relevant taxation authority.
5 Copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights:
Unless otherwise stated, IgniteChain and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on IgniteChain. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from IgniteChain for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6 Prohibited Activities:
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

10.1 Wallet address, private key/phrase, and backup:
IgniteChain does not store users' private keys backup phrases or passwords. recommended to backup Private information from time to time. if you lose Your Private key then it will not be possible for the Company to recover you may lose access to your Virtual currency, money, or tokens.
10.2 Digital Asset Transactions:
The only authentic record of virtual currency transactions is the applicable virtual currency blockchain. The company does not guarantee that transactions you perform are stored in any virtual currency blockchain.
In case of high-risk transactions (Stolen funds, Terrorist Financing, Money laundering, etc), we may freeze the funds or cryptocurrency for detailed investigation
10.3 Attack on BlockChain networks:
IgniteChain cannot prevent attacks on blockchain networks and has no obligation to engage in activity concerning such attacks. The company reserves the right to take commercially reasonable actions, including not limited to, if we confirm that a digital asset's network is under attack, immediately halting wrapping and unwrapping digital assets. The company makes no representation and does not warrant the safety of the Platform and you assume all liability for any lost value or stolen property.
10.4 Software protocols and operational challenges:
The software protocols that underlie digital assets are typically open-source means, development and control of such digital assets are outside of the company's control. You are aware of and accept the risk of operational challenges The company may experience sophisticated cyber attacks, unexpected activity, or other operational or technical difficulties that may cause interruptions to the Platform and the Site. You agree to accept the risk as well as agree not to hold the Company accountable for any related losses.
11 Jurisdiction:
The Terms shall be governed and construed as per the law of Dubai, UAE. You here to agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
